Mohamed and Moha were very friendly and fulfilled all our request. They have been exceptionally helpful. Moha makes the best mint tea 😁 we originally got a room on the ground floor but wanted upstairs. They were really kind too move us. We also has issue with Ac which they resolves really quickly.

And let's talk about our riad because I can't thank these incredible people and this spectacular place enough. From the moment we arrived and were warmly welcomed, to the moment we said goodbye. I felt at home for the five days I was here! The room was super clean and super nice! The breakfast was incredible, so if you're a weirdo like me, don't be afraid, it's totally worth it. The staff were willing to do anything, with a smile on their faces. If we needed to eat early because we had an activity, they were there to serve us, even if it wasn't during breakfast hours. I had a wound on my foot and asked if they had any bandages, they didn't, but they got on their bikes and went to buy them. These were just a few gestures from all those who marked us. The hosts were amazing! Mohammed and Moha went out of their way to help us. The breakfast was great! The woman in the kitchen made the traditional bread from scratch and showed us how to make it. The location was very central and the pool was cold, perfect for the Marrakech heat.

The host Mohamed was really kind and helpful, he helped us with everything and had a good conversations. The hotel is a really nice place to go. Has a small pool but totally necessary in summer. The breakfast was amazing, just to go and not get hungry to pass mid day. The location is really good. No noise at night so it's a nice place to rest. The bed was good and the room had an air conditioner. Definitely we will go back to Riad Arabkech. everything was good, thanks Mohamed and team to hold us like our home.

The staff at this Riad are amazing and go out of their way to help you, they helped us arrange our airport transfers and printed boarding passes, they go above and beyond to help you feel at home. The location is really good, I recommend getting an airport transfer as it’s hard to find initially (down a little side street) but once you’ve found it the location is really good. It comes out onto one of the bigger roads inside the medina making it easier to navigate to and from, albeit still a bit confusing initially! Only a few minutes walk into the souks. Everything is walkable from here. The breakfast is so good here too, and it’s lovely sitting out on the terrace every morning watching the birds. We had dinner here on the first night too which was a delicious lamb tagline and we were even able to get a bottle of wine and sit on the terrace. To be honest we didn’t want to leave.

Beautiful decor in communal spaces and bedrooms. The staff were amazing and attentive at all times-especially Moha who we give an 11 out of 10 for going beyond expectations. I would totally recommend this RIAD to stay in the heart 🕌💖 of the Medina but very safe 🕌💖🙏

The first thing Mohamed said to us was "this is your home" and that's what it felt like from day one to leaving of which we felt sad to do so . The riad is lovely and cosy . We thought the jewel in the crown with is little place was the staff and for that we will never forget Hope to return next year with our family Mohamed get your dancing shoes on and we will have a dance off Also we met some lovely people also visiting the riad Thanks again

The hosts were amazing! it was our first time in Marrakesh travelling as work colleagues. we hired a car and didn’t know where to park or how to find the riad. The hosts came down and met us, helped us park the car, guided us to the door. sat with us and chatted, gave us a great breakfast and even stored our bags all day after we had checked out.

I have so many beautiful things to say about Riad Arabkech. First off it is a very popular Riad & well known when you have to explain to your driver where you would like to be dropped off. Khalil was outside the Riad when I found it and gave me a warm welcome and pleasant check in. Mohammad the young adult of the staff greeted me with tea (all the yeah I can drink) and traditional Moroccan music, we shared a little shimmy dance. Moha working the overnight shift set up my dinner in the location of my choice where I selected the terrace. He played some music for me as another guest joined. He was especially helpful for if I needed a tour or driver. He assisted. I would definitely stay here again. It’s a beautiful tradition Moroccan house.

From the moment we arrived at Riad Arabkech we were made to feel so welcome by all of the staff. Moha was there to greet us with a welcome drink and cake which was much appreciated after being out in the 45° heat! For the rest of the stay, Moha and his colleague Mohammed were on call 24/7 and answered all our questions. Moha even woke at 4am to walk us to the Post Office where we were to be picked up for an excursion. The other reception staff, cleaners and cooks were all so pleasant and friendly too. The Riad itself was tucked away down a little quiet alley. It was clean, spacious, beautiful and traditional. Our room was big and very clean. The pool and roof terrace were a fantastic extra and breakfast was plentiful, home cooked and traditional, served with coffee, juice and Moroccan tea. I would definitely return to this Riad. The place was beautiful and the service was second to none.
